Product Details:
Material: We use premium quality American made 14 gauge steel for durability and heat resistance, ensuring longevity and safety during use. Your chimney will also come pre-oiled to fight against rust since it is raw steel. If you desire a rusted finish, just wash it with dish soap when you receive it. If you want it to keep it from rusting occasionally apply a small amount of any food grade oil prior to or after using your chimney.
Size: 12" tall, 10" wide (overall) The charcoal area measures 12" tall 7.5" wide.

Personalization: Make it truly yours with custom cutout options. Add your initials, a special date, or a name to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Customization Process: Type what you would like cut out in the personalization box. Your text will be cut out in all capital letters on the side of the charcoal starter regardless how you type it in the personalization box. The text will be cut out vertically from top to bottom. If your personalization is multiple words, each word will get a separate panel. Leave a note when purchasing of your multiple words.

Hinges are sold individually (1 hinge is made of 3 pieces) because some application require two hinges and others three. If you need them for a small door then you need to purchase two, if you have a large door, we recommend three.
This hinge set is made of a 30 inch diameter smoker. The radius at the end of the hinge will match the curve of your tank. Other diameter radius' are available.
Made from 1/4" USA made carbon steel. Precisely cut with fiber laser which is much more accurate and better cut quality compared to plasma cutting. 100% ready to weld and paint. Note Some photos are of older style plasma cut hinges.
3/8" center bolt and washer hardware INCLUDED, no need for an additional trip to the hardware store.
The hinges work in the vertical direction like in the photos, but also as a horizontal for a firebox door.

As you can see in the photos the hinge has a 10" span overall with a 4.5" opening in the center to allow plenty of room for your door trim.
